How to bring up sponsorship
Apply to an open role, and be upfront early. A short note like this works as a starting point:
Hi [Hiring manager],
I'm applying for the [Role] position. I'm a [Occupation] with [X] years of experience in [area]. My occupation is on the Core Skills list, so I'd need employer sponsorship on a 482 visa. National Australia Bank is an approved sponsor, and I'd welcome the chance to talk about how I could contribute.
